Velo Orange Polyvalent Frameset

For sale by the original owner is a Velo Orange Polyvalent frameset that is in excellent condition. Seat tube measures 56cm and the top tube is 58cm. This is the first generation of this VO model and is intended for 650b wheels. Maximum tire width is 42mm. You can build this into a great 650b road bike or a gravel bike. The frame is designed for cantilever/V-brake type brakes and front and rear brake cable hangers for cantis are included in the sale. A one-inch threaded headset is included and installed. The frame is designed around a 135mm quick release rear hub. and there is a mount for a kick-stand. Unlike more recent Polyvalent models, this frame will not take disc brakes.

Overall, this frame is in excellent condition. There are some scratches to the paint on the drive-side chain stay, on the seat tube where a front derailleur was installed, and at the seat-tube/top-tube juncture. There is also what appears to be a streak of yellow paint on the underside of the top tube. Other than that, the finish is in great shape.
