This groupset was removed from a bike that was retro fitted with di2. 2 of the 4 cables were damaged in removal and will need to be replaced. One of the 2 damaged cables was spliced and shrink wrapped and may still work but you'll likely want to replace it. This is a complete working groupset ready to be installed.

I took the groupset to my LBS to run their software on it. I wanted to make sure everything was still in working order. They told me the software told them that it needed a seat post battery which I'm sure is just Shimano's way of telling you to upgrade. LBS confirmed that it will need 2 new cables. They also confirmed that everything was working and shifting as is. It's my guess that someone can use this as a good platform for a nice di2 upgrade.

There is a great article on better shifting.com that talks about how you can upgrade this 10 speed group to 11 speed if you like with just the addition of a new front and rear derailleur.
