I listed the bike as a medium in the description as it fits me like a 90's medium but I am not positive that is the exact size as it has not size sticker on it. Measuring it, the seat tube measures 19" from the center of the BB to the seat tube clamp but because of the frame shape I think the effective seat tube is 18".
