90s Flashback: RockShox at Paris–Roubaix

The legendary Paris–Roubaix is this weekend, and I thought it would be fun to take a quick look back at some of the awesome RockShox-equipped bikes that were raced at Paris–Roubaix in the early 90s. Pics from Road Bike Action (RIP)

Greg LeMond rocked a RockShox in 1993.

Gilbert Duclos-Lassalle won with a RockShox in 1992 and 1993.

Steve Bauer went with this crazy super slack long wheelbase Merckx in 1993.

Johan Museeuw went with a full squish Bianchi in 1994.

Details nerd here.....the LeMond photo is from 1993, and Duclos-Lassalle won with a RockShox in both 1992 & 1993.

Bonus: I have a Paris-Roubaix course sign from 1993 signed by Gilbert Duclos-Lassalle at my shop!
