This is a true unicorn bike. Second to last production year Bridgestone RB-1. Single owner, purchased new in 1994 and…..ridden once! The catalog officially calls this the RB-1/7, and it matches the spec to a T; only the stem was changed out for fit purposes, but the original Ritchey stem will be included.
56 frame size (Center to Top). Color: Red/White
[Top Tube 56.5cm, 31.6in Standover]
Original 1993 MSRP Value: $1,250.00......Equivalent to $2,600.00 today. Asking price is based on rarity of this bike and its nearly immaculate condition. You simply will not find a complete catalog spec RB-1 in this condition anywhere else! A true needle in a haystack! Take a look at all the photos, including digital scans from the 1993 Bridgestone catalog.

must have been something to walk into a bike shop and see it filled with bikes like this.
GLWS
I literally built a few of these while working at Start to Finish in SF in 1993! They didn't sell very well vs the OCLVs that were introduced the same year! Times were changing fast and these bikes already seemed retro.
Wow!!!
I love the line at the end of the '91 ad that goes "you can ride a modern stylish bike with modern yadayada or you can ride a bike that can't go out of style next year because it isn't in style this year"
