Hi, I'm the MTB Recyclist (@the_mtb_recyclist on Instagram) and I specialize in vintage '90s mountain bikes, particularly steel. This "Ice Cyan Blue" 1995 Trek 930 is not only pretty, it's unique, I think. Have you ever seen one in this color? I haven't, and I've seen a TON of vintage Treks!
It's a 19.5" center-to-top True Temper OX Comp Cro-Moly MADE IN THE USA frame in gorgeous, shiny Ice Cyan Blue with Black Decals (are of which all present and PERFECT.) It has a 22.5" top tube and takes a 27.2 mm seat post (the one shown in the photos is NOT INCLUDED, but should be available in my other listings, as well as the one that was on the bike originally.) Rear spacing is 135 mm. There is no evidence of chainsuck and the anti-chainsuck device appears to never have come into contact with a chain. This TIG-welded frame is perfect for a gravel project or retro MTB build!
This bike was adult owned since new and you can tell. Always kept indoors. Sadly, someone stored it next to something that scratched the top tube. It is otherwise in very, very good condition. That said, the headset could use new grease (I'll do it for you if you ask nicely and the bike ships with the fork attached.) The bottom bracket spins okay.
