2nd Gen Stumpjumper in excellent condition. All Shimano first Gen XT (Stag) drivetrain with cold forged Specialized crank. Original wheels with SS spokes and Specialized sealed hubs. The original Advocet Touring II saddle and bear trap pedals. Also the cool (2 piece0 bull moose bas setup unlike the 1 piece ones that came on the Stumpjumper Sport. These are the real deals with the Magura brake levers also.
Looks like the form was replaced at some point. The replacement is a top line Tange with Shimano dropouts. The paint is still in near perfect condition.
You could ride this beauty, which it does ride nice, or hang it on the wall and look at what early MTB's were and how it all got started. This is the real deal!!!
